Because of the custom and personal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us within
7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to work with you to resolve any
issues and ensure you are satisfied with your experience.
